Perfect control function , multi-stage temperature rising to achieve pre-heating, cooking and sterilizing according with the various food processing techinques.

PLC control the whole process of heating. Holding and cooling. And inner temperature and counter-pressure could be accuraturely controlled in accordance to the pre-programmed curve independently. Multi-stage temperature rising and cooling (Max. 8 stages) reduce the temperature difference between the surface and center of product. Convernient data input through PLC Touch screen operator interface. 10 sets of preprogrammed sterilization data can achieve product changes easy.

Temperature and pressure automatic record. Water level automatic control.

Quick opening door with three safety locking devices.

Equipped with sterilization water circulation system to prevent furring in heat exhanger, soft water is not required except in the first start-up.

Separation of cooling water and process water. The pollution of the cooling water by product residue is equally excluded as product recontamination by contaminated cooling water.

All parts contacting with process water and product are made of SUS304 stainless steel with strict manufacturig and surface treatment.
