This Jacketed kettle used for open concentration could be used in any food service establishment. It is ideal for producing sauces, pasta, vegetables, soups, rice, stews, and even pie fillings. It is also widely used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Tilting ability allows for easy removal of your product. Kettle shall be of 304 stainless steel, one-piece welded construction. All exposed surfaces shall be stainless steel. this unit shall be furnished with a heavy reinforced rim with a welded-in butterfly shaped pouring lip for maximum sanitation and durability. Right or left hand tilt handled. Faucet bracket is standard and mounted on rear of electrical control box.
